Yesterday, December 6th, I job shadowed at Surazal Systems. Surazal Systems is an information technology company that works to fix technological problems for different people, they normally work at charter schools and county school systems throughout North Carolina. I got to their office in Cary at 8:45, where I was met by a worker named Joe. He explained to me what the company did, what he did, and how everything functions. After about 45 minutes and little bit of background knowledge on what the company does he let me talk with a lady named Mrs. Ondria. She gave me a few papers about the company and gave me some time to look over it and learn even more about the company and their goals. In half an hour she had come back in to talk to me about what I'd learned about the company. She talked about their different departments and how they work together to achieve their ultimate goal of providing services for people who are less fortunate and building work experience for young people.
We got to learn a little bit more about ourselves before another lady named Mrs. Toni came and talked to me about their marketing part of the company. She told me how they also sell land line phones and how they advertise their company with the website that she designed.
